Mining Returns
Auckland, May 9. The return of bullion from the Waihi mine for tbe past month reoeived shows that for the 28 days ending May 4th 2,190 tons etone were crushed and treated, yieloing £7,540 worth of bullion, an average of over £3 8s lOd per ton, whioh is an improvement on the previous month. The total bullion pioduoed by the mine up to date is £269,641.
