Mr Simpßon, a distant relative of the late Mr David Berry, the millionaire, has lodged s caveat against probate being granted to Mr John Hay, on the ground that at the time of making the will the testator was not in a sound state of mind. Uader the deceased* will the Wellangatta estate was left to Mr Hay.
