Messrs Reeves & Co's Reefton corrrespondent reports for the week as follows :— Reeftos, September 26. The share market has been fairly active during the vrcek aa compared with the usual and almost chronio dullness customary, Globes, Pandoras, Progress, and Inkennans having been in fair demand nt advanced prices, the Globe particularly claiming attention consequent upon the steady average yield per ton, and the daily improving appearance of the quantity of stone to b« operated upon, which now shows up in such abundance aa to warrant a continuation ef dividends for several years to come. One shilling per share has been declared for the present month, making 4s 9d a share to date. The returns are:—Globe, 6090zs 7dwta from 540 tons stone, for the month r Keep it Dark, 143'ozs gold for month ; Progress, 1430za amalgam for wtek.
