NELSON TEACHERS' ASSOCIATION.

The twelfth annual meeting of the Association was held in the Education Board Boom, Nelson, on Saturday, June 3rd. 7 The President haying, taken the chair, briefly reviewed the proceedings ,of the' Association from its formation,, and congratulated the members upon the work of the last year, which had been most satisfactory, the number of "members having been greater - than' for some time past; the attendance at meetings had: throughou|i been better, and the various papers read anil subjects discussad had been both useful and interesting.
