Full particulars will be found in our advertising columns : of this morniug. On December 7, the ship Cofntess or Kintobe arrived at Auckland afrer a passwge of 95 days from London. She brought about 54 passengers. On December 5, the barque Ethan Allan arrived at Auckland, after a passage of 50 days from San Francisco, bringing 24 passengers, and a cargo of 3947 qr-sacks flour, 5075 sacks wheat, 54 barrels and 18 hnlf-barrels snlmon, 47 boxes lobsters. Aruival of Canadian Immigrants to Settle IN the Colony.—The brigantine Emulous, from Halifax, Nova Scotia, arrived at Wellington the other day, but afterwards proceeded to Otago. She had 53 passengers on board, who have hit Nova Suotia in order to settle in this Colony. The vessel, which is owned hy the captain and eleven of the male passengers, made the passage to Wellington in 103 days. The Clan Alpine arrived at Sydney, on Dec. 7, from California, with 2000 sacks and 6800 qr-sacks flour, and 6270 sacks wheat.
