KAWHIA COUNTY COUNCIL ALL STRANGERS AGAIN EXCLUDED For the third time in succession the Kawhia County Council at its ordinary meeting, held on Wednesday last, closed its doors. There were present: Crs E. Smith, (chairman), E. Phillips, T. B. Laimbeer, F. J. Stokes, S. D. Dillon, E. R. Jordan, and M'. W. Coutts. Immediately the meeting started, the chairman moved “ that all strangers be excluded from this meeting.” Cr Phillips seconded the motion, which was carried unanimously. The reporter then withdrew.
