Convincing Majority
The confidence felt in Mr F. L. Onion (chairman of the Waipa County Council) and a member of several other important local bodies, as a sound administrator, is revealed by the fact that at the recently-held election to fill a vacancy on the directorate of the New Zealand Cooperative Dairy Company, Mr Onion’s majority was 47,000 over his opponent, which can be truly termed handsome and convincing.
