RESTRICTED CREAM COLLEC TION
An indication of the approaching end of the dairying season is given by the intention of the two local dairy companies to reduce the days of cream collection. Commencing on Monday, March 29, the dairy companies will collect cream only six days a week, omitting Sundays. This procedure will be continued until the week commencing Monday, April 12, when cream will be collected only four days a week, namely, Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday.
