WOMEN’S DIVISION
NGAHINEPOURI BRANCH. The monthly meeting of the Ngahinepouri branch of the Women’s Division was held recently, Miss Jamieson presiding. Members stood in silence in sympathy with Mrs Richdale in her bereavement. A pile of knitted wear and garments was handed in for the Lady Galway Guild. It was decided that the next meeting be put forward one week to enable some members to attend the adult school to be held in Auckland from June 9 to 14. Miss Jamieson was asked to act as delegate to the Dominion conference in July. Mrs Fitness and Miss Jamieson were equal in the flower competition, and hostesses were Mrs McWhannell and Mrs Henwood.
