At a meeting of the NgahinapouriKoramatua - Whatawhata bobby calf pool suppliers it was decided to join the Hamilton Bobby Calf Federation and to change the name of the pool to Waipa West. It was stated that suppliers had received lid per lb live weight at the farm gate, one of the highest payments received by any pool, The following officers were elected: Chairman, Mr A. J. Gallichan; secretary, Mr G. Hall; committee, T. Fitness, T. Ryman, L. Maisey and H. Thompson.
