The sum of £8 was raised for the purpose of fitting out the new den. A very pleasant time was spent on Saturday. April 30, by well-wishers of i the local Ranger Company. Mrs Car ' lisle, ot Park Road, had kindiv ar ; ranged the function, and made ’ her home available for the occasion, at ! which euchre and five hundred were : played. The competitions were won I by Miss Eyre, and Miss M. Harwood. I For the generous assistance of these two ladies the Rangers are very grateful.
