KORAKONUI v. KAIPAKI. Played at Frontier Road on Saturday, this match resulted in a very keen struggle, and at the call of time was left in a very interesting position. Owing to harvesting operations being in full swing Korakonui found difficulty in fielding a team, while Kaipaki were minus their captain. The thanks of both teams are again due to Mrs Whitton, who kindly "boiled the billy” for luncheon. KORAKONUI, Ist. Innings. A. Lancaster, b Grocott 5 H. Silvester, b Grocott 45 K.
