Owing to the doubt which exists regarding the exact time of arrival at Auckland of the Shaw, Savill and Albion liner Mataroa, detailed arrangements have not yet been completed for the welcome to be given in Auckland to the Minister of Finance, the Hon. W. Nash, who is returning by the vessel from his lengthy trade mission abroad. The arrival of Mr Nash will also mark the occasion of the first visit to Auckland by the Prime Minister, the Rt. Hon. M. J. Savage, since his return from the Imperial Conference. The Mataroa is expected to reach Auckland on. Saturday afternoon.
