SERVICES APPRECIATED. PRESENTATION TCt MR H. ROBINSON. The Te Awamutu District High School Committee, at a special meeting last Monday evening, decided to appoint Mr E. L. Mr Melrose said Mr Robinson had proved invaluable at the school in the past six years, and it was largely due to his enthusiasm and knowledge, combined with a winning way, that the school grounds had been made ome of the show places; of the town and district. Then, on behalf of the Committee, Mr Robinson was presented with a gentleman’s toilet outfit, and from the senior pupils of the school with a (framed photograph of the main building. Mr Melrose added that the pupils had desired to make the presentation to their old friend “Robbie” at the School, but the health regulations had entailed closing the school for an indefinite period, so the Committee had been asked to make the presentation. Mr Robinson, who was taken completely by surnrise, said he was overwhelmed at the practical expressions of appreciation and goodwill. He added that he had thoroughly enjoyed his six years’ association with the Te Awamutu District Hight School and would remember has many friendships with the greatest of appreciation. NGAHINAPOURI.
