New Zealand leads with an annual per capita consumption of 236 lb. After her come Australia, 2021 b.; Canada, 1441 b.; and Britain, 1401 b. The, United States, with 1361 b. per capita leads foreigners and next come Denmark, 1201 b.; Germany, 1101 b. The largest consumer of suger is Denmurk, 1201 b. per- capita. After her are Britain, 1101 b; Australia, 1071 b; and United States, 103 lb. The figures for milk are: Switzerland 58 gallons per capita; United States, 39 gallons; Denmark, 36 gallons; New Zealand, 28 gallons; Britain, France and Germany, 23 gallons each.
