BUS SERVICE

TIxME-TABLE CHANGES Readers of the Te Aroha News who reside along the routes followed by the new ’bus, may find it to their advantage to watch the time-table advertised by the ’bus proprietor, Mr Godkin. Waitoa residents should note that the ’bus leaves Te Aroha on Saturday at 6 p.m. for Waitoa, and is timed to leave Waitoa on the return journey at 6.30 p.m. A little difficulty is being experienced in adapting the time-table to the needs of the greatest number of people so as to provide the best possible service, and slight changes may be made from time to time. In view of the great advantage the ’bus will be to the town, especially in the summer season, it is to be hoped that the support given will justify the proprietor, not only in continuing the present service but in extending it. A quick, regular and cheap means of travel between Te Aroha and the various centres surrounding it is very essential, if the convenience of the people is to be met.
