TOM MIX ON WEDNESDAY Swaying a hundred feet above a river in a tool bucket less than six feet in its greatest measurement, rocking with the swing of the cable, as it tossed from side to side, Tom Mix forged ahead in mid-air, for more than 300 yards. When he climbed to safety he had still another dangerous task before him—that of freeing a girl from the hands of kidnappers. This is one of the many exciting scenes in “Romance Land,” a Fox production which will be seen at the Theatre Royal on Wednesday evening- next.
