We quote: Fat wethers 30a 9d to 32s 6d ; store lambs 15s 7d to 16s 3d ; fat steers £ss 7s to £7 6a; fat cows (prime) £4 to £5 5s ; good fat cows £3 to £4; other killable cows £2 3a to £2 17a 6d ; store cows 15s to £2 ; in calf heifers, Shorthorn, £4 103; heifer calves £1 12a to *i 3 i springing heifers £7 ; heavy iafers £3 15s to £4 16s ; medium baconers £2 15s to £3 10a; porkers £1 13s to £2 12s ; weaners 7s 6d to 12s.

HAMILTON STOUK SALE The Farmers Co-op. Auctioneering Co., Ltd., report .—At Hamilton sale on Tuesday we had a moderate entry 4,f sheep and cattle, and again a very full yarding of pigs. Ibe special heifer sale was poorly supported, nor was the enquiry strong. Sheep con. finue to sell under good competition ; beef was a little firmer ; pigs sold well, notwithstanding that the absence of trucking facilities, owing to Auzac Day following the sale, prohibited some of the cutside buyers operating.
