Mr Campbell’s application for Montezuma North SC. was adjourned for want of a plan. Permission to Work with less men. Wm. Steele was granted, permission to i work the Gentle Annm S"C. and Great Western S.O. with 2 n®n and 4 men respectively. Claims for Rent.—Receiver of Gold Revenue v. W. Everitt.—Claim £lO ,on business site, Bridge Street. Judgment for plaintiff with costs 11s. Same v. Agnes Basket.—Claim for £1 on residence site, Waiorongomai. Judgment for plaintiff with costs 11s. Same v. Edward Griffiths. arrears of rent on Grand Junction B.C Judgment for plaintiff with costs l|j£' A number of simifaf claims rears of rent were withdrawn, the amounts having been paid into Court. Harris v. Hutana.—This case was again adjourned to permit of further- . arrangements being made. S-.M. COURT. Burge v. Larney.—Claim for damages caused by defendant’s pigs.' This case was withdrawn on account of an informality in the bill of particulars. Defendant was awarded!£s costs.
