CONVICTION OF WARING TAYLOR. Wellington, Friday.
The Appeal Court sat this morning and delivered judgments. la the first case, Begins v. Waring Taylor, conviction' was quashed ; in the second case conviction was upheld, and Taylor will be brought up for sentence at the next criminal sit tings uf the Supreme Court.
