There. ware still a few .-‘u~bscriptions to come in, and there will be :1 credit balance of about £2O. which sum it was deicided to hand over to the Soldiers’ [Memorial Committee. , The poiziimittee desires to thank the residents of Taihape and district, and especially the people of Ohutu and Taoroa, who subscribed so generously to the ball fund.

It was decided that a similar ball be held ‘again on 21st July next ;y'e:yr; the anniversary of the Peace Ball, the proceeds to be devoted to the Public. Hospital Fund. _
