THE TAIHAPE SALE. Dalgety and Co.. Ltd., report having their usual sale at Taihape on the 29th inst. There wag a small yard; ig of sheep and a good entry of cattle, which met witii ready sale at late rates. We report a total clearance under the hammer. Sheep.—Aged ewes with la.nbs at foot. 29/1; good wether, hoggets, 2.7,9; fat owes, 38/; shorn fat wethers, 25/. Cattle.—Small weaners, 26/6 to 35/; yearling heifers, small, 33/6: dairy heifers at the drop, £4 5/, £5 *.O/, to £6; dairy cows, late culvers, oto £6 10/; better sorts, to £7; ?■; ear f=t«mrs, £9 5/ to £d 10/0; 21-year steers £6 12/ to £3 16/; Shorhpnt i’ln nulls, to £l4; other hulls tj £7.
