KING’S THEATRE. The ninth series of “The Adventures of Kathiyn' ’ will be shown tonight. This series is well up to the mark, and those who have followed these pictures should not miss this. In addition, there is another star, "The King’s Move in the City,” which is a good Edison drama. There is one of those laughable Keystone comedies, entitled “Fatty and Mabel’s Wash Day.” The War Budget and Cartoons of the War make up a good evening’s amusement. THREE STARS THEATRE. There will be no pictures to-night, but to-morrow night (only) will be shown a special star Keystone of 2,000 feet. Particulars in to-morrow's issue. ARMIES OF EUROPE PICTURES. Direct from the ghastly carnage fields of Flanders, and from the bloodsoaked dunes of Gallipoli, come the first real pictures of the armies of Europe at war; pictures vibrant with thrilling scenes of heroic death. These will be shown at the Three Stars Theatre, Tailiape, on Wednesday, September 20th. This film of over 8000 ft. is composed of scenes showing all the armibs of the world. They were taken at great cost and danger to the photographers. Mr. Holmes, the actual photographer who took most of the pictures, relates his thrilling experiences, and vividly describes every scene with such precision that, when the entertainment is over, one feeds sorry that there is not more to see and hear about. Over 170 incidents are thrown cu the screen and ure fully described. The box plan is at Finch's Bazaar, where seatss Itould be reserved, as those wonderful pictures, taken of actual warfare, are sure to draw a crowded house.
