SUPREME COURT.
IN CHAMBERS. Sitting in Chambers in the Supreme Court to-day, his Honour Mr Justice Herdman made absolute the decree nisi in the utvuice suit, Hilda Elizabeth Boyd, of Christchurch, v. James Boyd, of Christchurch, seaman. Mr O. T. J. Alpers represented the petitioner. A decree nisi was also made absolute in respect of the divorce suit, Antonetta Edith Conyns (petitioner) and Hubert bhucWiurgb. Collyns. Mr J. H. Upham represented petitioner. Letters of administration were granted in the estates of William Winchester, of Greymouth, retired schoolmaster (Mr T. A. Kitchingham; and Mary Greer, of Papanui (Mr A. S. Nicholls). Probate was granted in the wills of Thomas Taylor, of W'akanui, farmer (Mr R. Kennedy); Martin Connolly, of Temuka, fanner (Mr W. G. Aspinall); John Isaac Corterlll, of Christchurch, engineer (Mr to. S. Drown); Wm. John Allen, of Killiucby, farmer (Mr A. C. Fryer).
