Sept. 10, 1.50) DELHI, Sept. 9. , The Indian National Congress at Calcutta adopted, by 1820 votes to 801, Mr Gandhi's programme of non-co-operation as a protest against the harsh terms of the Turkish peace treaty. The proposal includes the surrender by Indians of honorary titles and ouie.es, the withdrawal of children from the Government schools, the withdrawal of lawyers from practice, and a boycott of the Legislative Council, and of British goods. .
