REPRESENTATIVE TEAMS. The-following players have been selected to represent the Canterbury Hockey Association in the forthcoming southern and northern tours. First Grade.—Goal, 11. Snooks; tlipequarters, P. Martin, P. Berry; halves, .1. Pascoe S. Marnier, B. Morris. I". Sip'n ; forwards. B. Sherriffs, S. Bell, 11. Bell, W. Bill H. Throp (captain). Second tirade.—Goal, Drayton; threequarters, Grose and (Joy; halves, Pearce, Cummlngs (captain), Turnpenny; forwards, Richmond, Holland, Hill, French, Ohudlcy. The teams will leave Christchurch on Thursday, August 2(i, and play South Canterbury at Tiniaru the same afternoon, and Otago at Dunedin on Saturday, August 2.5. The i!n.t grade representatives will leave Christchurch on Wednesday, September I, and will play Auckland, at Auckland, for the Challenge' Shield, on Saturday, September 4. A match has been arranged against the Fi'llding Association, at l'eilding, on Monday, September (i. Any player unable to take part in any, of the above garnet should notify the association's secretary immediately.
