CRIMINAL SITTINGS. The criminal sittings of the Supreme Court at Christchurch will commence before his Honour Mr Justice Herdman on Monday next. Ivanhoe Price, on four charges for theft of bicycles, will come up for sentence. The following prisoners will come up for trial. William James Henry Stewart, alleged carnal knowledge. William Shaw, for two alleged breaches of the Bankruptcy Act, 1908. James Baxter Ker, alleged robbery with violence. Charles Edward Durrant, alias Walker, failing to account for or pay moneys received by him, Charles Edward Durrant, alias Walker, alleged theft or bicycle. William Cook, alleged indecent assort. Robert Bruce Forsyth, alleged manslaughter.
