STARVING EUROPE.
GERMANY AND AUSTRIA. By Cable, — Press Association. — Copyright. (A. & N.Z.) BERLIN, Nov. 27. The National Assembly has requested the Government to reduce Germany's own ration of flour in order to send supplies to Austria, especially to A'ienna, to alleviate the famine. Herr Ebert, in a message sent to Vienna, said: "Germany is striving to send speedy and effective assistance, although our own economic situation is difficult."
