AVIATION.
REMARKABLE ADVENTURES. By Cattle. — rress Association. — C»r"<right. (A. & N.Z.) BERLIN, Nov. 4. The airship Bodensee landed after being 20 hours in the air. The vessel had most remarkable adventures. She drifted for three hours after her failure to land. The engines were broken, and the officers killed, but the crew, showing great courage and skill, repaired the motor and navigated the Bodensee throughout the night. Eventually they cushioned the airship upon a forest of dwarf fir trees, which were densely covered with snow. (It was reported yesterday that the airship, with a crew and passengers aboard totalling 30, failed to make a landing near Berlin during a storm. The airship disappeared in the darkness, badly damaged.]
