BOXING.
TO-MOEBOW'S TOUENAMENT. ' Under the auspices of the St. (Michael's Boys' Brass Band, and with the sanction of the Christchurch Sports Club, a boxing tournament is to be held in the King Edward Barracks to-nior-row evening. Interesting bouts are promised, as the classes include two for Senior Cadets (under 17 years and under 15 years). Six New Zealand jockeys will participate in a competition specially organised for them. In the opening round the contestants will be T. Musson and H. Marshall, F. Walls and P. Murfitt, L. Hagerty and J. Douglas. There is also to be a flyweight competition, in which W. Gunn and W. Mackay, also L. Badburn and G. Morris will meet.
