JTJBY DISAGREES. Press Association. DUNEDIN, November 4. The Supreme Court was occupied all day with the heaving of charges against Jas. E. Hayne, Elizabeth Simpson Inglis and Norman Neylon, of conspiring to bring about a miscarriage. The two first-named were also charged with having unlawfully used an instrument on a young woman. The jury retired at 6.30 p.m. and returned at 10.30 p.m. with an intimation that they were unable to agree. A fresh trial was fixed for November 18.
