STABS RESTAURANT-KEEPER. Press Association. WELLINGTON, November 4. Shortly before 8 o'clock to-night, a man named Don Carlos entered the Oxford Dining-rooms in Dixon Street, and ordered food. Tho proprietor, William Bussell, replied that it was too late to get a meal. Thereupon Carlos upset the tables, smashed the crockery and the glass door, and then left. Bussell followed and seized Carlos, who, it is alleged, stabbed Bussell. Bussell held the man until the arrival of the police, who apprehended Carlos. Bussell was r.emoved to a private hospital, where an operation was ordered. His condition is considered serious.
