The "Times," in a leader, commenting on the Government victory in the Financial Debate, declares that Mr Lloyd George's speech will not stand the analysis of cold print. There will be widespread astonishment that the House of Commons •was so easily cajoled. Those believing in representative institutions will tremble for Democracy's future.
