ADMIRALTY'S INTENTION.

(Rrc. Nov. 3, 1.25) LONDON. Oct. 31. The "Pall Mall Gazette," confirming the statement that the British Government is ready to present rpost modern warships to the Dominions, says that the Admiralty desires specially to emphasise that Viscount Jellicoe's scheme does not mean a big construction programme. The policy will be to provide a new Pacific Fleet only from existing craft, which are equal in fighting value to the latest foreign vessels.
