Diplomatic appointments are announced as follow: Sir Esme Howard, Minister to Sweden, becomes Ambassador to Madrid. .Sir Charles Young, Minister to Honduras, becomes Ambassador to Serbia. Sir Ronald Graham, Assistant-Under-Secretary to the Foreign Office, becomes Minister to Holland. ' Sir Horace Rumbold, Minister to Switzerland, becomes Minister* to Poland. Mr Theodore Russell, Diplomatic Secretary for Foreign Affairs, becomes Minister to Switzerland. Mr'Colville Barclay, Councillor to the British Embassy at Washington, becomes Minister to Sweden. Lord Acton, Consul-General at Zurich, becomes Minister to Finland. Sir George Russell Clark, Councillor to* the British Embassy at Constantinople, becomes Minister to Czechoslovakia.
