AMERICAN ACTIVITY. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association, (Rcc. May 19, 1.40) LONDON, May 18. Lord Reading has returned from America. Interviewed, he said America was devoting greater attention than ever before to international trade. There was no reason for British apprehension, but the British manufacturers and traders must be prepared for the stronger effort, remembering America's increased shipping.
