GOES DOWN IN A GALE.

The collier Tuggerah (7-19 tons), bound from* Bulh to Sydney, foundered during last night's gale. Eleven' survivors reached GroniUla, after several hours' buffeting, in a small boat. • TREMENDOUS SEAS. (Rcc. May 19, 0.0) SYDNEY, May 19. The survivors of the Tuggerah, which foundered in Saturday night's gale, state that the vessel left Bulli ■with a cargo of coal. In the afternoon they struck rough weather and were quickly in difficulties. All the crew except two, were standing-by on the deck. Early in the evening the vessel suddenly lurched on her beam ends, and the crew were swept off their feet. Seven succeeded in launching a boat, and rescued four others. ' The vessel foundered off Port Hacking, and the survivors reached Cronulla with great difficulty owing to the mountainous seas.,
