The "Daily Chronicle's" Berlin correspondent states that there is convincing evidence that influential people are ready to compromise with the communists in order to save their own skins.

The agents are travelling on forged French, Belgian, and Czech passports. Many prominent men are already currying favour with Bolshevism, with a view to self-protection.
