OLD BOYS' ASSOCIATION.
WEST CHRISTCHURCH HIGH SCHOOL. The annual inerting of flip West Christchurch' District High School Old Hoys’ Association was held on Friday evening. The annual report, which was adopted, mentioned the school's war record, and reviewed the year's work. OlHcers were elected as follow; Patron, Dr Chilton; president. Mr F. I). Waller; vice-presidents. Misses Finlayson and Marriott, Dr Denham, and Messrs .1. Caughlev, T. S. Foster. C. 1). Hardie, S. Clark, .7. Main and 11. Holland; secretary, Mr S. W. Vincent; treasurer, Mr H. E. lies; general committee, Messrs E. Standeven, It. Penltngfon, \V. Wiseman, 0. Lockwood, G. Barrett, Champion and Perry; social committee, Messrs E. Standeven, S. W. Vincent and Champion; sports committee, Messrs C. Barrett, W. Wiseman, Perry, (>. Lockwood and E. Standeven; magazine editor, Mr Wolfe; correspondence secretarv, Mr T. Kincaid. Votes of condolence were passed tot Mr and Mrs E. T. Gourlay. whose son, Mr W. C our lay, was killed In the recent Mount Egmont tragedy, and to Miss M. Marriott, who recently lost tier mother. Votes of.. appreciation were accorded Messrs .1. Barr and C. L. W. Sheppard, fwmrr otticcns of flic association.
