IN GERMANY.
A SOCIETY SCANDAL. ("The Time,") AMSTERDAM, May 27. An unsavoury case, which is tickling the Berlin people's palates, opened in the Courts on Saturday, when the son of the Prussian General, von Radeck, charged the son and the daughter-in-law of Count von Bcrnstorff, Prince Albert of Schleswig, Herr von Kuhhuann's brother, and other society favourites, with spreading libellous statements. The evidence showed that Count von BernstorfTs son stole the complainant's wife. The complainant thrashed him and tore off bis epaulets, whereupon society intrigue caused the complainant's discharge from the army. The evidence alleges that Count von BernstorfT used his ambassadorial position to uphold his son's misconduct.
