ACCIDENTS AND FATALITIES.
A FATAL FALL. The death occurred yesterday at Cheviot of Mr Thomas Morris Taylor, aged 47. Mr Taylor was leaving" his place in Caverhill Road in a dray, when the horse suddenly swerved. He was thrown from his seat on the road, and in the fall his neck was dislocated, death ensuing almost immediately.
DROWNED IN A TUB. * Prett Association. GORE, March 14. The two-year-old son of R. H. Dickie, of Tuturau, near Mataura, was accidentally drowned in a water tub near the stables on his father's property yesterday.
