e DOMAIN FETE ARRANGEMENTS. A meeting of the Women's National Reserve was held this morning, Mrs ■' William Wood (president) in the chair. Mr S. Orchard attended the meeting, (land suggested that a committee Ik 1 ii | formed to canvass for donations towards buying prizes for the "surprise packet" scheme, in connection with the " Domain fete. This was done, and Mrs : Lavie agreed to undertake the ofliee of convener of the committee. Miss Tabart and Mrs Ilastie spoke in t favour of having a central place or two flfor the sale of the tickets, as lady seiislcrs often got roughly handled in the I I street by eager buyers. The matter is i to be referred to the men's committee. An offer made to supply 12 Boy "Scouts, to work in conjunction with the 'stalls, was accepted, two to be detailed 'i to each stall, and the holders to make 'themselves responsible for the boys' 1 lunches.
