METROPOLITAN SHOW.
THIS YEAR'S ENTRIES. A FURTHER DECREASE. The entries received for the A. and P. Association's show, to be held next week, total 1424, as compared with 1690 last.year, and 1909 in 1915. The sheep sections are mostly responsible for the large decrease, though there is also a slight drop in cattle and horses. The number of pigs entered also shows a big deficit as compared with the two previous years, and the same may be said of the dairy produce section. The following table gives the comparative figures for the past three
