A WOMAN DIPLOMAT. "The Timet" Servire. (Received Julv 12. 11.35 a.m.) THE HAGUE, July 11. The Anglo-German Conference for the interchange of prisoners included a British lady. This is the first time a woman diplomat has appeared in English history and her presence greatly astonished the German delegates.
