POLITICIANS DENOUNCED. MR KIPLING INDIGNANT. Auttralian and .V_Z. Cable A*rociation. (Received Julv 12, 12.55 p.m.) LONDON. July 11. Mr Rudyard Kipling, in a poem in the "Morning Post," makes a biting denunciation of the Mesopotamian horrors. He says that those dead heroes cannot return, and asks whether the slothful politicians and administrators will be allowed to softly slide back into power by the favour and contrivance of their kind.
