MEETING OF COUNCIL. The Riecarton Borough Council mot last evening, the Mayor (Mr J. Brown) presiding. There were also present: — I (Irs. A. D. Ford, J. Munnings, A. F,. | Steere, J. H. Gudsell, H. During the past fortnight, four new premises had been connected with the supply,.bringing the total to jdate to 120.
