Kcvey, and J.j Brown, five members of the 23rd Reinforcement are being tried by court martial to-day .on charges of! insubordination, in that, while u.ideri miii'.-try detention, they refused toi work when ordered to do so. The men formally pleadsd not guilty, but admitlcd that they had, declined lo work unless they receiv- 1 cd inoi'C food. The trial is proceeding.
