Cheese-Market continues firm owing to continued small supplies. l!y the authority of the Food Controller the following maximum wholesale prices have been fixed for both butter and cheese during the next two weeks. Danish and finest New Zealand butter, salted and imsalled, 221/- per cwt.; Dutch creamery, Argentine and Irish cream cry, heavy buying by Home and Continental trade, 218/-, French 217/-, American creamery 214/-. English Cheddar per cwt 105/-; Canadian white and coloured cheese 102/ ; State flats 100/.
