CHINESE DEPUTIES AGAINST GERMANY.

The Premier asked the Deputies for a definite decision, and the Chamber, by an overwhelming majority, voted for the breaking off of relations. The Premier made a similar explanation in the Senate, which had not reached a decision when it adjourned on Sunday.
