The Cork correspondent of 'Lloyd's News" reports that the Belgian relief steamer Storstad (6028 tons, Norwegian), bound from Buenos Ay res was sunk by a submarine in daylight. Thirteen survivors have been landed, including an American, but two boats, carrying 30 men, are missing. The survivors spent 36 hours in a stormy sea. The fourth engineer died of exposure. The submarine refused to tow the boats, which it shelled.
